Who operates this site
DEVOS (devos.ae) is the operator of this website and the contact point for anything in this policy: contact@devos.ae. Regulated activities referenced on the site (brokerage, capital introduction, staffing) require an identified, appropriately licensed provider before any assignment. No partner availability is guaranteed by this website.
Data we collect
Forms (contact, provider and investor applications): the fields you fill in, delivered to us by our hosting provider Netlify. Workspace accounts: your email address, name, organisation details and the studies and projects you save, stored with Supabase and protected by row-level security so each organisation only sees its own data. Assistant: the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply; do not include confidential information you would not put in an email.
Analytics without cookies
We measure site usage with PostHog (US hosting) configured cookieless: no cookies, no persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no session recording, and events are limited to page views and product actions. Query parameters and URL fragments are removed before analytics events are sent. The service receives network metadata needed to process requests.
Why we process this data
To respond to your enquiries, operate your workspace account, provide the assistant, improve the product from aggregated usage, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our records obligations. To exercise access, rectification or deletion rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR where it applies, write to contact@devos.ae; we answer within 30 days.
Processors and transfers
We rely on Netlify (hosting and forms), Supabase (database and authentication), PostHog US (analytics) and Anthropic (assistant). Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own data processing terms. Some of these providers are located outside the UAE and the EU; transfers are limited to what the service requires.
