    Identify the contracting entity, address and licence, deliverables, schedule, price, applicable taxes, payment and cancellation terms.

    Start only after written agreement on scope and terms. Define an owner, milestones, approvals and a complaints process.

Before making a commitment

The provider’s full legal identity and applicable authorisations must be included in the proposal. The DEVOS name and website content alone do not identify a contracting party or guarantee delivery.
